About Us
Mary Beth Fisher has been in the real estate industry in different capacities for nearly 50 years.
Mary Beth began her career in 1972 at a mortgage company then went to an escrow company, both in California. In the 1980’s she opened her own business, Escrow Extras, contracted to Title Companies as an escrow officer, and managed a branch for a number of years. Moving to Colorado in 2002, Mary Beth again worked at a Title Company to learn Colorado real estate rules then moved into being self-employed as a document signer, notary and investor in Colorado real estate. She became a Licensed Broker in 2013 to round out her investing career. She has since worked successfully with condos, townhomes, horse property, mobile homes (both on land and in parks), and more. In 2018 she became an Employing Broker, launching CMTA Real Estate. In 2020, she was an Excellence In Client Service award winner and ranked in the top 20% Client Favorite of agents nationwide. In 2022, she is ranked in the top 5%. Mary Beth enjoys helping people find the home of their dreams. If you are selling, she will do what it takes to get your home sold quickly. She also understands the investor mindset when looking into real estate.
Mary Beth loves the Colorado lifestyle whether she is ice skating, riding horses, working with her church, or spending time outdoors with her family and grandchildren. She is a competitive figure skater and international bronze medalist in adult skating.
